If you have returned a purchase and want to exchange it for another item of the same value, you can pay for the exchange shipping cost by ordering this "product".
If you want to exchange your whole order, you only need to pay for the return shipping (60 SEK or corresponding value in EUR). If you instead want to exhange only a part of your order, you are responsible both for the return shipping and the shipping cost for the new item(s) (also 60 SEK), so choose the option that applies to your current exchange (will be checked after you complete the order).
Please note that returns must be approved before an exchange can be made and your new product(s) will be sent after you have payed the correct exhange shipping amount according to the conditions above.
