LiabilityAll products purchased from Pilgrimsrep are used at your own risk. I am not liable for any loss or damage to person, animal or property that occurs during use of my products.
Prices and taxAll prices on this website include 25% VAT. If you choose the currency euro (EUR), all prices are calculated automatically based on the current exchange rate between euro and Swedish kronor (SEK). Therefore, the prices in euro might change somewhat from one day to another.
Minimum order limitThere is no minimum order limit. All orders are welcome, large and small.
Delivery and shipping ratesI offer shipping within Sweden and to most other countries within the EU. Below you can read more about which countries I can ship to, how your order will be delivered and the shipping rates within Sweden and to all other countries. The shipping rates are fixed and are not affected by the weight or size of your order.
If you notice any visible damage on the shipment when you receive it you should report this to your post office or mail carrier immediately.
SwedenYour order will usually be sent as a trackable parcel with PostNord directly to your mailbox or door. Some larger orders will instead be delivered to the post office closest to you and normally need to be picked up within 7 days. For businesses there is also an option to have your order delivered directly to your place of business or warehouse.
Shipping fee:
- Delivery to post office or mailbox: 60 SEK (free shipping from 1 000 SEK)
- Delivery directly to businesses: 200 SEK
Other countriesYour order will be sent as a trackable parcel with PostNord and will either be delivered to the post office closest to you or directly to your mailbox depending on the size of the parcel.
I can ship orders to the following countries outside of Sweden (listed in alphabetical order): Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain.
Please note that at this time I unfortunately cannot accept orders from Norway, Iceland, United Kingdom and other non-EU countries in Europe. Because of certain customs regulations I also cannot ship orders to certain islands and areas that belong to some of the countries I normally deliver to, for example Åland (Finland), Greenland and the Faroe Islands (Denmark) as well as the Canary Islands (Spain). If you have any questions about exactly which areas I can and cannot ship to, please contact me and I can tell you more.
Shipping fee: 260 SEK (approximately 20-25 EUR depending on the current exchange rate)
PickupIf you live nearby or are passing by you can also pick up your order in person, either in Åsmundgården, Jämtland or some other location we agree upon. In that case I will contact you by email when I have finished your order to decide a time and place for us to meet.
If you choose pickup as your delivery method no shipping fee will be added to your order.
Delivery timesMost of the products you can buy on this website are made according to your specific requirements after you have placed your order and the delivery times are therefore longer for these products. Under the category
*In stock right now* you can however find products that are already made and ready to be sent right away if you are looking for something that can be delivered quickly.
- Ready-made products in stock are normally shipped out within 1-3 days.
- Products not in stock that are made after you place an order are usually sent within 2-3 weeks. Delivery times for these kinds of products can vary quite a bit depending on how large your order is, how much work the products require, how many other orders I have waiting at the moment and so on. During times when I get a lot of orders (especially in the spring and fall), products with a lot of braiding or other intricate details as well as some types of custom orders can take approximately 4-5 weeks to be shipped.
Unclaimed shipments (when delivered to post office)In Sweden, shipments usually remain at the post office for 7 or 14 days depending on the shipment method; after that, they are returned to me. In other countries, parcels might be handled differently, so please check with your local post office if you want to know more about what applies in your country.
If you fail to claim your shipment within the time allowed and it is sent back to me, I will charge you a fee for unclaimed packages as follows:
- Sweden: 200 SEK
- Other countries: 500 SEK (approximately 40-50 EUR depending on the current exchange rate)
If you want your order to be sent again I will also charge you an additional shipping fee.
Right of withdrawalWhen ordering pre-made stock items, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order. The statutory right to withdraw online purchases does however not apply to products that have been made according to customer requirements, which includes all of Pilgrimsrep's products except for pre-made stock items. I might in some cases accept returns even when products have been made to order if I think they can be resold to another customer without much difficulty, which I make an individual assessment of with each return request.
If you want to return a product, the following applies:
- You must always contact me before you return a product (applies to both returns, exchanges and complaints regarding defective products).
- You (the buyer) are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Products cannot be sent back to me as cash-on-delivery parcels (this also applies to exchanges and defective products).
- Returned products must be in original condition; if this is not the case, the refunded amount will be decreased in proportion to the current condition of the returned product.
So if you want to cancel a purchase, please fill out this
withdrawal form and I will get back to you with information about how to proceed.
For Swedish customers I will send a pre-paid return shipping label by email that you can either print out yourself and attach to the shipment before you hand it in at any PostNord service point near you, or you can show them a QR code and they can print out the shipping label for you. When your return had been approved I will refund the sum of your returned products including the original shipping fee if you return the whole order; the shipping fee will however not be refunded if you return a part of your order (if you ordered more than one product). Regardless of whether you make a whole of partial return, a return shipping fee (60 SEK) will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Customers outside of Sweden are responsible yourselves for returning the shipment in a suitable way and that the products arrive back to me in the same condition as when you received them. When your return has been approved I will refund the sum of your returned products
including the original shipping fee if you return the whole order; the shipping fee will however not be refunded if you return a part of your order (if you ordered more than one product). Since you pay for the return shipping yourself when you return the shipment, no return shipping fee will be deducted when I refund your order.ExchangesFor the sake of simplicity, exchanges are handled like ordinary returns in accordance with the conditions listed above. So if you want to utilize your right of withdrawal and exchange a product for another, you first need to contact me within 14 days after receiving your order and I will get back to you with information on how to return your purchase. You can then choose to either order a new product right away or after I have recieved and approved your return, which will be refunded in the same way as a regular return (se above). Regardless of when you choose to order your new product, you complete this purchase just like an ordinary (non-exchange related) order.
Defective/damaged productsYou have the right to claim a refund for defective or damaged products within 3 years after purchase. This right only applies to manufacturing errors that were present already at the time of delivery and does not cover damage caused by abnormal usage or normal wear and tear, for example broken metal snaps. Since Pilgrimsrep's products are handmade, measurements can differ slightly, which does not count as a
manufacturing error (unless the deviation is extensive); the same is true for minor color deviations since colors can look slightly different in photos compared to real life.To claim a refund for a defective product, please send an email to
info@pilgrimsrep.se and describe the problem as detailed as possible. It is very helpful if you also include a photo of the defect in your email. If possible I will try to repair the product, otherwise you can choose if you want a new product or to get a refund. Please state which option you prefer in your email. If your claim is approved I will pay the return shipping cost and any shipping cost to send a new or repaired product.
Payment methodsSwedbank Pay Checkout (for Swedish and non-Swedish customers)(coming soon)
Advance payment via bankgiro (Swedish customers only)If you are unable/unwilling to pay via Swedbank Pay, Swedish customers have the option to pay for your purchase in advance via bankgiro by transferring the total sum of your purchase (including shipping or other fees as stated in the order confirmation email you will get after completing your order) to Pilgrimsrep's bankgiro number 552-3212. After your payment has arrived (which can
sometimes take a few work days), I will start processing your order.
Packing slip / receiptTo save the environment from unnecessary use of paper, I normally do not include a printed packing slip or receipt when I ship your order. If you would like a receipt on paper or as a PDF file, please contact me and I can send you one.
Personal dataI, Malin Carnland, through my business Pilgrimsrep (org. no: 930405-8143), am as a personal data controller responsible that your personal data will be handled according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
When you place an order, some of your personal data such as your name, address, e-mail address and telephone number will be stored so that I can deliver you purchase and fulfill any other commitments to you as a customer. Data needed to handle customer complaints are saved for 3 years, in accordance with your right to lodge a complaint in case of defective or damaged products within 3 years after purchase. Some data directly related to your purchase will however need to be saved for 7 years to meet the requirements of the Swedish Book-keeping Act (bokföringslagen).
You have a right to ask for information about which of your personal data is stored by Pilgrimsrep and you also have a right to have your personal data changed or erased. Data that is needed to meet legal requirements, such as the Book-keeping Act mentioned above, can however not be erased.
I will never reveal your personal data to a third party, except in cases where I am obliged by law to reveal personal information as well as when I book shipping to be able to deliver your order (if you have chosen to have it shipped). If you choose to pay via Swedbank Pay, some of your personal data will also be shared with the parties directly involved in the payment process (more information about this will be added when Swedbank Pay Checkout has been activated).
