I always reply to messages I receive from customers, so if you do not get a reply within a few days your message or my reply has probably been lost somewhere in cyberspace. Since I run a business, I get a lot of calls from telemarketers and therefore I usually do not pick up calls from unknown numbers. So if you try to reach me by phone and I do not answer, please leave a message and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Visiting Pilgrimsrep / me visiting you

I make my products at home on the farm where I live and do not have an actual store with regular opening hours, but if you are in the area you are most welcome to stop by my rope workshop and look at my products. If you would like to visit, please contact me beforehand to make sure I am home and know that you are coming.

If you live in central Jämtland (Östersund and the surrounding area) I will be happy to come to your stable or some other suitable location to show you what I have to offer. Then you can feel what the products are like, see what the colors look like in real life, try out different sizes on your horse and so on. I might also be able to travel longer distances if you are a number of people in the same stable or area that are seriously interested in my products. So please contact me if you are interested in meeting me so we can set up a time and place to meet.
