Description
Long split reins with metal snaps for quick and easy attachment. The snaps are permanently spliced into the rope and cannot be replaced if they were to break (which many snaps unfortunately do sooner or later). I do however also make long split reins with removable snaps that can be replaced if you would rather like that, you can find those here.
The rein ends are back spliced, which is a neater and more durable way of finishing a rope than just melting or taping the end. Back splices are also smooth and have a minimal risk of getting caught on something if they get dragged along the ground, so I have chosen to have back splices as the standard end option on all of the long split reins available here on the website. But if you would rather have some other end alternative such as end knots or tassels you are welcome to contact me and I can custom-make long reins just the way you want them.
