Indian hackamore to be used with a bridle, either a leather bridle or why not a matching rope bridle from Pilgrimsrep?
This bitless noseband has two rein pieces that cross each other under the horse's chin and then runs through small metal rings on each side of the horse's head. At the end of these rein pieces there are loops for attaching the reins and then when you pull on one rein it creates pressure on the opposite side of the horse's head, which encourages the horse to turn away from this pressure in the direction you want the horse to go.
You can add extra nose knots if you want an Indian hackamore that gives your horse extra clear signals.
