All products purchased from Pilgrimsrep are used at your own risk. I am not liable for any loss or damage to person, animal or property that occurs during use of my products.

Prices and tax

All prices on this website include 25% VAT. Prices in euro are calculated automatically based on the current exchange rate and therefore might change over time.

Minimum order limit

There is no minimum order limit. All orders are welcome, large and small.

Delivery and shipping rates

I offer shipping within Sweden and to most other countries within the EU. Below you can read more about which countries I can ship to, how your order will be delivered and the shipping rates within Sweden and to all other countries. The shipping rates are fixed and are not affected by the weight or size of your order.

If you notice any visible damage on the shipment when you receive it you should report this to your post office or mail carrier immediately.

Your order will normally be sent as a trackable parcel with PostNord or DB Schenker Logistics and will be delivered to the post office closest to you. Small orders can sometimes be sent as letters and will in such cases be delivered directly to your mailbox. For businesses there is also an option to have your order delivered directly to your place of business or warehouse.

Shipping fee:
  • Delivery to post office or mailbox: 60 SEK (free shipping from 1 000 SEK)
  • Delivery directly to businesses: 180 SEK
Other countries
Your order will be sent as a trackable parcel with PostNord and will either be delivered to the post office closest to you or directly to your mailbox depending on the size of the parcel.

I can ship orders to the following countries outside of Sweden (listed in alphabetical order): Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain.

Please note that at this time I unfortunately cannot accept orders from Norway, Iceland, United Kingdom and other non-EU countries in Europe. Because of certain customs regulations I also cannot ship orders to certain islands and areas that belong to some of the countries I normally deliver to, for example Åland (Finland), Greenland and the Faroe Islands (Denmark) as well as the Canary Islands (Spain). If you have any questions about exactly which areas I can and cannot ship to, please contact me and I can tell you more.

Shipping fee: 260 SEK (approximately 25 EUR depending on the current exchange rate)

If you live nearby or are passing by you can also pick up your order in person, either in Åsmundgården, Jämtland or some other location we agree upon. In that case I will contact you by email when I have finished your order to decide a time and place for us to meet.

If you choose pickup as your delivery method no shipping fee will be added to your order.

Delivery times

Most of the products you can buy on this website are made according to your specific requirements after you have placed your order and the delivery times are therefore slightly longer for these products. Under the category *In stock right now* you can however find products that are already finished and ready to be sent right away if you are looking for something that can be delivered quickly.
  • Products in stock are normally shipped out within 1-2 days.
  • Products not in stock are normally shipped out within 1-2 weeks. This however varies a lot depending on how large the order is, how much work the products require and so on. Custom orders and products with a lot of decorative knots and other details can take up to 3-4 weeks to be shipped out.
Unclaimed shipments

In Sweden shipments will remain at the post office for 14 days, then they are returned to me. In other countries post might be handled differently, so please check with your local post office if you want to know more about what applies in your country.

If you fail to claim your shipment within the time allowed and it is sent back to me, I will charge you a fee for unclaimed packages as follows:
  • Sweden: 200 SEK
  • Other countries: 500 SEK (approximately 48 EUR depending on the current exchange rate)
If you want your order to be sent again I will also charge you an additional shipping fee.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order (does not apply to custom orders). If you choose to return a product, the following applies:
  • Returned products must be in original condition.
  • You, the buyer, pay for the return shipping cost.
  • Products cannot be sent back to me as cash-on-delivery parcels.
  • You must always contact me before you return a product (applies to both returns, exchanges and complaints regarding defective products)
So if you want to withdraw a purchase, please contact me through the contact form or by email (info@pilgrimsrep.se) and I will get back to you with information about how to proceed.

For Swedish customers I will send a pre-paid return shipping label by email that you will need to print out and attach to the shipment before you hand it in at any post office. When your return had been approved I will refund the sum of your returned products excluding the original shipping fee and the return shipping cost.

Customers outside of Sweden are responsible yourselves for returning the shipment in a suitable way and that the products arrive back to me in the same condition as when you received them. When your return has been approved I will refund the sum of your returned products excluding the original shipping fee.


If you utilize your right of withdrawal within 14 days and want to exchange a product for another you proceed in the same way as when you return a product by first contacting me via email and I will inform you how the exchange will be handled. If you want to change to the same product in another size, color or any other option that has the same value as your original purchase you only need to return the product and I will send you a new one after I have approved your return. You will be charged for the return shipping cost and the shipping cost to send your new exchanged product.

If you want to change to the same product with other options that changes the price or an entirely different product you will have to place a new order. In that case I will refund the sum of your returned product minus the return shipping cost and then you can make a new purchase.

Customer complaints

You have the right to claim a refund for defective or damaged products within 3 years after purchase. This right only applies to manufacturing errors that were present already at the time of delivery and does not apply to damage caused by abnormal usage or normal wear and tear, for example broken metal snaps.

To claim a refund for a defective product, please send an email to info@pilgrimsrep.se and describe the problem as detailed as possible. It is very helpful if you also include a photo of the defect in your email. If possible I will try to repair the product, otherwise you can choose if you want a new product or to get a refund. Please state which option you prefer in your email. If your claim is approved I will pay the return shipping cost and any shipping cost to send a new or repaired product.

Payment methods

You have the following payment methods to choose from:

Payson card and direct debit payment (Swedish and foreign customers)
Payment is easy and secure with Payson. Even if you do not already have a PaysonAccount you can pay quickly with Payson. Payson collaborates with VISA, MasterCard and all the Swedish financial institutions that offer direct payment services; Swedbank, Handelsbanken, SEB, Nordea, and Danske Bank. Payson maintains high security standards and is PCI certified by Trustwave, the international organization for secure e-commerce. All traffic is encrypted using SSL 128-bit encryption and all account transfers are based on the financial institutions’ so-called 3D secure technology. You can learn more about Payson here.

This payment method is currently the only available option for customers outside of Sweden. Payment can be made in Swedish kronor (SEK) or euro (EUR).

PaysonInvoice (only Swedish customers)
I offer the payment method "PaysonInvoice" in collaboration with Payson AB. Payment terms are 14 days unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase and a fee of 40 SEK will apply. To pay by invoice you must be at least 18 years old, must be registered in the Swedish civil register and must also be approved in the credit check carried out at the time of purchase. Companies who pay by invoice must be registered in Sweden.

The invoice will be sent separately by email to the email address you provide at the time of purchase. If your payment is late you will receive a payment reminder and a statutory reminder fee of currently 60 SEK will apply. You will also be charged a late-payment interest at 2% per month from the invoice due date. In case of non-payment the matter will be submitted for collection and a statutory collection fee of currently 180 SEK will apply. Payson reserves the right, on a case-by-case basis, to refuse delivery and to conduct a new credit check of the purchaser.

When paying with PaysonInvoice, the invoice will be pledged to Payson and then to Svea Ekonomi AB, 556489-2924.

Cash/card on delivery (only Swedish customers)
Pay when you collect your package from your local post office. This payment method is only available for Swedish customers and a fee of 100 SEK will apply.

Cash/card on pickup
Pay with cash or credit card when you pick up your order from me in person, either in Åsmundgården, Jämtland or some other location we agree upon.

Packing slip / receipt

To save the environment from unnecessary use of paper I normally do not include a packing slip or paper receipt when I ship your order. If you choose to pay by invoice, the invoice is valid as your receipt and if you choose any other payment method the order confirmation you receive via email is valid as a receipt. If you wish to have a paper receipt in addition to the order confirmation, please contact me and I can send you one.

Personal data

I, Malin Carnland, through my business Pilgrimsrep (org. no: 930405-8143), am as a personal data controller responsible that your personal data will be handled according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

When you place an order, some of your personal data such as your name, address, e-mail address and telephone number will be stored so that I can deliver you purchase and fulfill any other commitments to you as a customer. Data needed to handle customer complaints are saved for 3 years, in accordance with your right to lodge a complaint in case of defective or damaged products within 3 years after purchase. Some data directly related to your purchase will however need to be saved for 7 years to meet the requirements of the Swedish Book-keeping Act (bokföringslagen).

You have a right to ask for information about which of your personal data is stored by Pilgrimsrep and you also have a right to have your personal data changed or erased. Data that is needed to meet legal requirements, such as the Book-keeping Act mentioned above, can however not be erased.

I will never reveal your personal data to a third party, unless I am obliged by law to do so. If you pay via Payson, some of your personal data will be shared with them. Payson are independent personal data controllers for the data they need to fulfill their commitments to you. You can find their policy on privacy and security here.

If you have any complaints about how I handle your personal data, please contact me through the contact form or by email (info@pilgrimsrep.se) and I will try my best to solve the problem. If you are still not satisfied, you have a right to lodge a complaint with your national Data Protection Authority, which are listed here.

About cookies

This website uses cookies. A cookie is a small text file stored in your web browser to make it easier for you to use the site. Cookies are also used to collect statistics about number of visitors and similar data, but do not contain any personal information such as names, email addresses and so on.

There are two types of cookies, one that is stored on your computer for a longer period of time and another that is only stored temporarily and disappears when you close your web browser (so called session cookies).
